Raegan High School Financial Model

For my financial modeling class, my group and I completed a service-learning project for the Reagan IB High School Arts Partnership, where we developed a streamlined financial model to enhance cash flow tracking, financial operations, and compliance with tax regulations. The model provided a clear view of the organization’s financial position, identified payments exceeding $600 to ensure compliance, analyzed past trends to support strategic planning, and helped prioritize spending and optimize resource allocation to maintain profitability while fulfilling objectives. We transformed an unorganized system into a comprehensive Excel model with interconnected formulas for the cash flow statement, income statement, balance sheet, and an expense tracker, ensuring that any revenue or expense input automatically updated across all statements.
